Bankruptcy Filing Fees Increased As Of November 1, 2011
As of November 1, 2011 all bankruptcy court filing fees increased. The fee to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Kansas City is now $306 and the fee to file a Chapter 13 is now $281. For businesses, the filing fee for a Chapter 11 is now $1046.
